The bus makes two stops in Quebec - the first in Ste-Foy (a suburb west of town), and there's 99% chance you'll be staying in downtown, so stay on the bus for the second - and last - stop in downtown, right next door. It's true, but it's a little bit more complicated taking the train, because you first have to ride a train from the airport to Montreal's downtown station and then, switch to the Quebec bound train.
